Board Members
The Research Ireland Board establishes the strategic direction of the agency.
The Board oversees the corporate and annual plans; sets the ethical tone of the Agency; supports and evaluates the Chief Executive Officer; and is responsible for the system of internal financial control, operations compliance, and risk management.
The Board is accountable to the Minister for the performance of its functions.
