What is the sites main purpose?

To only provide information on current and historical fishing rights, if available in Ireland. Research Ireland (Ownership Research Ltd) is not responsible for;

• Any Legal cases regarding fishing rights or land ownership as a result of any searches requested by the client
• We can have no knowledge of dealings done outside of public record in relation to fishing rights, land ownership and turbary rights
• Any Fishing Rights or land in dispute
• Persons trying to claim Fishing Rights, Turbary Rights or land through Adverse Possession
• Persons removed from any surface waters for fishing without a state licence or permit
• Identifying who owns fishing rights or land for personal injury
• No compensation or damages shall be due to You under such circumstances from Research Ireland (Ownership Research Ltd)
• If no results can be found for your request a standard charge of €65 will apply for the search
• The client understands that historical fishing rights on any surface water within Ireland may not be the current owners today, Research Ireland will have no knowledge as to how the current owners came into the possession of fishing rights today.

Pricing and Payment Arrangements

You will pay the Price for the Service[s] as set out in the respective acceptance document issued to you be Research Ireland. Our payment terms are strictly 15 days. Persons may be asked to forward half of the payment upfront before we carry out the research.
